Return Policy

At CreateFinely.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery for most items. All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original tags attached and packaging intact. Custom-made, personalized, and final sale items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account on CreateFinely.com and navigate to the ‘Returns Center’
  2. Select the order containing the items you wish to return
  3. Choose the specific items for return and select your reason
  4. Print the pre-paid return label that will be generated
  5. Carefully package the items in their original packaging with all protective materials
  6. Include the original packing slip and completed return form
  7. Affix the return label securely to the package
  8. Drop off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup

Return Processing Timeline

Once we receive your return at our fulfillment center, please allow 7-10 business days for processing and inspection. You will receive an email notification confirming when your return has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-14 business days after return approval. The processing time by your financial institution may vary.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns within the United States:

  • Standard returns: $14.95 flat fee deducted from your refund
  • FREE returns on orders over $300
  • Defective or incorrect items: Free return shipping
  • White glove delivery returns: $149 restocking fee

For international returns:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refunds are issued for merchandise value only
  • Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable

Exchange Policy

We are pleased to offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange:

  1. Follow the standard return process outlined above
  2. Select ‘Exchange’ as your return reason
  3. Specify the desired size/color in the exchange request
  4. If available, we will ship the new item once we receive your return
  5. If unavailable, we will process a refund instead

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite either a replacement shipment or full refund, including original shipping charges. Please provide clear photographs of the damage or defect to facilitate the process.

International Returns

We accept returns from international customers, however:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and customs fees
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refunds are issued for merchandise value only
  • Returns must clear customs and may be subject to additional fees
  • International returns typically take 3-4 weeks for full processing

Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
  • Custom-made and bespoke furniture pieces
  • Personalized and monogrammed items
  • Made-to-order products
  • Antique and vintage pieces
  • Items without original tags and packaging

Non-Returnable Categories

Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened bedding and linens
  • Bath products and personal care items
  • Custom wallpaper and fabric
  • Cut-to-order materials
  • Food and perishable items

White Glove Delivery Returns

For items delivered with white glove service:

  • $149 restocking fee applies
  • Customer must be available for pickup
  • Original assembly will be disassembled by our team
  • All original packaging must be present

Return Status Tracking

You can monitor your return status by:

  • Using the tracking number provided on your return label
  • Contacting our customer service team for updates
  • Checking your email for regular status notifications

Holiday Return Policy

Items purchased between November 1st and December 31st may be returned through January 31st of the following year. This extended policy applies to all regular-priced items except custom orders and final sale merchandise.

Special Considerations

For fragile and high-value items:

  • Original crating and packaging must be intact
  • All certificates of authenticity must be included
  • Professional repacking may be required
  • Additional inspection time may be necessary
